How order tracking works
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details on your order. That link takes you straight to the courier's own tracking page with live shipment status.
You can also find the same tracking link any time by signing in and opening the order from your order history.
Haven't received a tracking link?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer than that and you haven't received a tracking link, or the link isn't working, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
