Return & Replacement Window
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days cannot be accepted.
Proof Required
Share clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue, along with your order number.
Free Returns
Return shipping is completely free. We will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions at no cost to you.
Condition of Item
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Blouse Pieces
Stitched (ready) blouse pieces that come as-is are eligible for return under the same 3-day window, if unused. Customized blouse pieces — stitched/altered per your specific measurements — are not eligible for return.
How to Request
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos/video, and reason for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Contact us within 3 days with proof — free replacement or full refund, no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized/made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
