Return and Replacement Window

You may request an eligible return or replacement within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Proof Required

Share your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue.

Free Returns

For eligible returns, we arrange pickup or provide return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

Blouse Pieces and Customized Items

Ready-stitched blouse pieces supplied as-is are eligible within the same 3-day window when unused. Customized, altered or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 3 days with proof for a free replacement or full refund.
