Anula Nexus is a Surat-based ethnic wear brand selling sarees and related products online. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and wholesale partners who access or use our website. By continuing to browse or purchase, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, fabrics, and designs. However, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Fabric textures described are approximate and may vary slightly from product to product. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices on Anula Nexus are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final for that transaction.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. For wholesale/bulk orders, payment terms may be discussed separately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, courier availability, and public holidays. Anula Nexus is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and replacements are accepted within 3 days of delivery, along with photo/video proof of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Stitched blouse pieces that come as-is are eligible under the same window; customized/altered blouse pieces are not eligible for return. Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers may not be eligible for return. Please contact us at anulanexus@gmail.com to initiate a return.

7. Wholesale & B2B Orders

Wholesale buyers and resellers are subject to separate terms discussed at the time of onboarding. Bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed. Anula Nexus reserves the right to refuse or cancel wholesale orders at its discretion. Unauthorized resale of our products under a different brand name is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, brand name, logo, descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Anula Nexus. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Anula Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

Anula Nexus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
